Provide spiritual care and counseling to terminally ill patients and their families within their homes. Collaborate as a core member of the Interdisciplinary Group to assess needs and participate in patient care planning.
A Master of Divinity is preferred, along with one year of experience as a Chaplain in a healthcare setting. Candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto liability insurance.
Education: Master of Divinity, preferred.
Working knowledge of community spiritual and other resources. Good interpersonal skills.
