The physician will conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized anti-aging and wellness treatment plans. They are also responsible for administering therapies, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with the wellness team to ensure holistic care.
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree with an active state medical license and board certification. Additionally, 2-5 years of clinical experience in hormone optimization, weight loss, or aesthetics is required.
Health N Wellness Rx is a concierge regenerative & functional medicine practice serving clients across NJ, NY, and CT. We help high-performing adults optimize energy, weight, and longevity through clinician-led, personalized care. Our focus areas include hormone optimization (TRT/BHRT), medical weight loss (including GLP-1–based protocols when appropriate), peptide and regenerative therapies, advanced functional lab testing, and lifestyle plans tailored to your goals. Care is delivered via virtual visits with white-glove support and optional membership for ongoing optimization.
The Anti-Aging Physician specializes in preventive, regenerative, and longevity-focused medicine, helping patients optimize health, slow aging, and improve quality of life. This role blends clinical medicine, aesthetics, and wellness care, using advanced diagnostics and personalized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including labs, hormone panels, and lifestyle assessments Develop personalized anti-aging and wellness treatment plans (hormone therapy, nutrition, fitness, supplements) Prescribe and administer therapies such as: Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Peptides and regenerative treatments IV nutrient therapy Aesthetic procedures (e.g., injectables, skin rejuvenation) Educate patients on lifestyle optimization, longevity, and disease prevention Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols accordingly Collaborate with wellness staff (nutritionists, nurses, therapists) for holistic care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulations Stay updated on the latest research and innovations in anti-aging medicine
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Active state medical license Board certification (preferred: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related) Training or certification in anti-aging, functional, or regenerative medicine (e.g., A4M) 2–5+ years of clinical experience Experience in: Hormone optimization therapy Medical weight loss programs Aesthetic procedures (Botox, fillers, lasers) Strong background in preventive and lifestyle medicine Excellent patient communication and relationship-building skills Interest in longevity science and holistic health
