Centered Psychology wants to welcome you to your new work home! We are a group private practice with two physical locations (in Westlake & Oberlin) and offering telehealth, and we have a dual mission of making high-quality, empirically-based treatments accessible to children, teens, and adults with anxiety, and to create a supportive, warm work environment where our clinicians feel valued and cared for.
- We are hiring part-time and full-time clinicians, and our priority right now is for LPCC-S clinicians who are interested in both clinical work and supervision, or licensed psychologists.
- Our office suites are located in two convenient locations, both elegant and comfortable with large windows and lots of sunlight, beautifully designed, and comfortably furnished.
- It's a great place to spend your day with clients and colleagues.
- You’ll be provided with a steady stream of referrals, flexible scheduling, and a wide range of administrative support and tools to make your work as smooth as possible.
- The practice provides marketing, billing, scheduling, an EHR system, office equipment, phone service with voicemail, secure email, professional website and head shots, social media presence, and peer consultation.
- Staff are provided a yearly training stipend, group malpractice insurance, and clinical and administrative supervision and support.
- At Centered Psychology, we believe we are a unicorn of a practice, offering all of the benefits of engaging in the clinical work you love without all of the hassles of the business side of practice.
- We would make a great fit for someone who has tried the solo route but misses the collegiality of a group, or for someone looking to leave busy hospital or agency work for a better work/life balance but doesn't want to be solo.
- Though our primary specialization is anxiety disorders in adults and children, related speciality areas will also thrive here (trauma, mood disorders, relationship concerns, maternal mental health).
- Our clinicians are given independence and clinical freedom, but also function within a collaborative and supportive team.
- We work closely with local providers, schools, and other community organizations.
- We are curating a specialized team of clinicians who like one another, enjoy working as a team, who love the practice of psychotherapy, and are excellent at connecting with clients.
