The Occupational Therapist provides therapeutic services including patient evaluation, treatment planning, and education in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. They are also responsible for monitoring COTA and aide activities while maintaining accurate documentation and safety standards.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited OT school and hold a current state OT license. Successful completion of a clinical internship and BLS certification are required.
