The Rehabilitation Therapist provides individual and group therapy services to members under supervision. They deliver psychosocial rehabilitation and skills-building support to older adults with severe mental illness.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant therapy field and possess at least six months of experience in a behavioral health setting. Additional discipline-specific certifications or licensure may be required based on program needs.

Under supervision, the Rehabilitation Therapist provides rehabilitation therapy services to members served, both on an individual and group basis.
Expected starting wage range is $29.93 - $36.98. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Morton Bakar Center is a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) providing psychosocial rehabilitation and skills-building support for older adults (ages 65+) with a primary diagnosis of severe mental illness.
