Occupational Therapist - TGH Outpatient Burn Clinic

• The Occupational Therapist evaluates, plans, and implements individualized treatment programs to support patients with various cognitive, physical, and functional impairments in achieving their highest level of independence in daily activities.
• Care is delivered in alignment with evidence-based practice and patient-centered principles.
• All responsibilities are carried out in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
• Essential Functions: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and various healthcare information systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, applying sound judgment in clinical decision- making.

Licensure by the State of Florida as an Occupational Therapist. Minimum 1 year experience required Master’s degree in occupational therapy Must have experience with patients with Burn injuries
