The Surgical Technologist is responsible for maintaining sterile fields and assisting surgeons during procedures to ensure patient safety. They also manage surgical equipment, perform room turnovers, and maintain accurate surgical logs.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and have completed an accredited surgical technologist program. A minimum of 12 to 18 months of related experience and CPR certification are required.

As an Operating Room Surgical Technologist at OrthoArkansas, you will play a critical role in ensuring safe and efficient surgical procedures by applying sterile techniques and performing scrub tech duties before, during, and after surgeries.
