The CT Technologist performs a variety of computed tomography procedures, including biopsies, drainages, and trauma alerts. They are responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic films while maintaining independent judgment and initiative.
Candidates must hold a technical program degree in Radiologic Technology and possess a Florida or Compact Radiology Technologist license. Registration with the ARRT and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are also required.
Technical Program Radiologic Technology License/Registration Issued by Florida or Compact - Radiology Technologist Registered American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) as a Radiation Therapy (RT), Nuclear Medicine (NM) or Radiography (R) And CT Registry eligible Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
