The nurse will perform programmatic nursing and operational functions within the Wellness Center, including vaccine administration and biometric screenings. They are also responsible for providing wellness coaching and supporting the annual Health & Wellbeing Fair for the hospital network.
Candidates must hold a valid Ohio Registered Nurse license and have at least five years of experience in medical-surgical, emergency, or occupational health settings. A minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing is required, with technical competence and knowledge of OSHA and CDC regulations.
The position is responsible for performing programmatic nursing and operational functions in the Wellness Center of TM Health & Wellbeing. Demonstrate ability to meet the needs and provide services to the culturally diverse employee population of The Christ Hospital Health Network. Examples of duties include administration of influenza vaccines, performing respirator fit-testing, biometric screenings and wellness coaching for the Know Your Numbers and assignment related to curating and delivering our annual Health & Wellbeing Fair. Adhere to the American Board of Occupational Health Nurses (ABOHN) code of ethics and to the scope of practice described in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
