The Dental Assistant will provide chair-side clinical support to Dentists and Hygienists, which includes charting, patient education, and managing operatory setup and cleanup. Key duties also involve taking and processing X-Rays, maintaining patient files, completing sterilization processes, and educating patients on oral health maintenance.
Candidates must have completed a dental assisting program and possess the certification required by the State Dental Board, including Radiology certification for compliance. Preferred qualifications include prior dental assisting experience, excellent time management, proficiency with Microsoft Office and dental software like Dentrix, and a willingness to travel up to 100% between practices.
