The therapist will conduct comprehensive intake assessments and provide individual and group therapy to women experiencing homelessness. They will also participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for crisis support and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field and possess active DC licensure (LPC, LGPC, LICSW, or LGSW). At least one year of clinical experience in trauma-informed or community-based settings is required.

A key aspect of this role is serving as a welcoming first point of clinical connection. You will conduct thoughtful, trauma informed intake assessments for women seeking mental health services, ensuring that each individual feels seen, heard, and supported from the very first interaction. Through your presence and practice, you will help cultivate a sense of safety and belonging, laying the foundation for meaningful engagement and long-term wellness.
