• Functions: Provide screening, assessment, an diagnosis impression interviews of consumers. Provide individual and group counseling/therapy to consumers and families. Provide psychosocial evaluations. Provide treatment planning and termination summaries as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Provide consultation/education/emergency services. Other duties as assigned by division director, program director (if applicable) and/or administrative supervisor.
