The physical therapist will perform systematic patient assessments and provide treatment for neurological, orthopedic, gait, and balance conditions. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.
Candidates must hold or be eligible for a state physical therapy license. Certification in BLS is required within the first 90 days of employment.

BSW Rehab Fort Worth All Saints is seeks a full time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic multi-disciplinary team comprised of 6 clinicians and 3 PSSs. The ideal candidate will be competent and confident treating a variety of Neurological diagnoses, including CVA, TBI, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, and Vestibular conditions, in addition to treating general Ortho, gait and balance conditions. . The successful candidate with be a team player, self-directed, and innovative, with good communication and differential diagnosis skills. NEW GRADS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY. Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Promoting continuous quality improvement Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed
