The QMA Nurse Schedule Coordinator is responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing levels are met at all times. They coordinate with leadership to communicate staffing needs while ensuring compliance with budgetary and regulatory guidelines.
Candidates must hold an Indiana QMA license and have successfully completed a state-approved medication administration training program. A strong passion for geriatric nursing and excellent interpersonal communication skills are required.
