The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct care to residents to promote their physical and psychosocial well-being. They will also collaborate with the nursing team to ensure comprehensive care and maintain accurate documentation of resident conditions.
Candidates must hold a current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana. Proficiency in medication management and a strong commitment to geriatric nursing excellence are required.
