About the Role

• As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at Harbor Lakes Nursing and Rehab, you will play a critical role in delivering compassionate and high-quality nursing care to our residents.
• Your primary focus will be to support the health and well-being of patients by administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
• You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote recovery and comfort.

Minimum Qualifications
