The Occupational Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, and developing treatment plans for residents to improve their functional abilities. They also supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and coordinate with facility staff to ensure effective care delivery.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program. An active state license and the ability to meet all certification and licensure requirements are mandatory.
