About the Role

As a Multisystemic Therapist, you will provide: Conduct in-home and community-based sessions. Perform assessments of family strengths and needs. Develop and implement treatment plans following MST standards. Empower caregivers to independently address challenges and support youth in navigating family, school, peer, and neighborhood issues. Manage a flexible schedule tailored to family needs, including school meetings and court hearings. This description outlines the general scope and level of work for this role. Compensation This role is compensated on a variable rate model, designed to reward productivity while providing consistent earning opportunity through established referral volume.

Compensation

• $51,993 - $73,494 Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience. This is a variable rate non-exempt position with unlimited earning potential.
