The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, and providing nursing care within a detoxification and residential program. They conduct pre-admission screenings, perform safety checks, and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with professional standards.
Candidates must hold a current valid Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license and possess Basic Life Support certification. Experience in substance abuse treatment is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records.
The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for monitoring patients' health, administering medications, providing nursing care, and ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients. Provide health care services to detox and program clients according to professional standards and The Salvation Army Harbor Light Programs Policies and Procedures.
