Be at the forefront of rehabilitation by designing and implementing personalized treatment programs that restore function and foster independence. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, supervise talented PTAs and aides, and see the tangible impact of your efforts every day!

Responsibilities

- **Develop & Implement Treatment Plans

• Assess individuals’ needs and craft tailored therapy programs utilizing modalities such as hydrotherapy, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and therapeutic exercises.

- **Evaluate & Monitor Progress

• *
• Conduct annual screens, assessments, and daily documentation to track improvements and adjust treatments accordingly.

- **Collaborate & Communicate

• *
• Work with physicians, caregivers, and families to ensure the best outcomes. Participate in care planning and team meetings.

- **Supervise & Lead

• *
• Oversee PTAs and aides, providing guidance and oversight in healthcare, day programs, and residential environments.

- **Ensure Compliance & Quality

• *
• Maintain accurate documentation within ECW, adhere to NYS and federal regulations, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

- **Educate & Empower

• Provide training to individuals, families, and staff to promote sustained progress and independence.
