• this is a full-time role that will work a M-F, 8a-5p schedule. This position includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates. How you’ll contribute A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) who excels in this role evaluates and treats patient populations for swallowing, speech-language and therapy needs.
• Additional responsibilities include: Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition. Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family. Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress. Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.
