The Physical Therapy Assistant will deliver rehabilitative care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Responsibilities include documenting clinical progress, performing therapeutic exercises, and educating patients and caregivers on therapy programs.
Candidates must hold a current PTA license and have graduated from an accredited PTA program. A valid driver's license and BLS certification are required, with one year of home health experience preferred.
