Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: *Sign-on Bonus qualifies for Independently Licensed Counselors at this time. Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field Active Board license in Arizona (required) (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) Clinical Supervision Authorization (preferred) Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Experience with EHR systems (Advanced MD preferred) and Microsoft 365 preferred Current CPR/First Aid certification (required) Current DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply (stipend applies) *Qualifying licensing would include: (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position, Licensed Counselor.
