This position supports patients in Niles and surrounding areas and is eligible for $25,000 total bonus potential: $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year $5,000 sign on bonus paid out after one year of employment $10,000 sign on bonus, paid out quarterly during year two of employment To receive these bonuses, you must be in good standing & meet performance expectations, and in the role and status for which you were hired! Minimum of one year healthcare experience Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
