Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients across the lifespan, including diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions. Develop long-term patient relationships while promoting preventive care and wellness initiatives within a multidisciplinary team.
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and be board certified or eligible in Family Medicine. Applicants must be eligible for a New York State medical license and possess a valid DEA registration.
