The LPN will coordinate daily nursing services and provide direct care to residents in accordance with their care plans. They are also responsible for medication administration, accurate record-keeping, and providing leadership to nursing personnel.
Candidates must hold a nursing degree from an accredited institution and possess an active, unencumbered LPN license in the state. Additionally, applicants must be proficient in Electronic Medical Records and maintain current CPR/BLS certification.
