The Pediatric Medical Assistant will perform pediatric phlebotomy, conduct lead testing, and administer vaccinations while providing age-appropriate care. They will also ensure adherence to clinic procedures and communicate effectively with caregivers and clinical staff.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a Medical Assisting role, with a strong preference for pediatric experience. Key skills include effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a community-based setting.
