The Non-Licensed Clinician is responsible for delivering clinical and support services to clients under the guidance of licensed professionals. This includes conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and providing crisis intervention.
Candidates must have a Master’s degree in a related field and be fully licensed or license-eligible. A minimum of 1 year of post-master’s experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment is required.

This role includes conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, coordinating resources, and advocating for client needs while ensuring adherence to the facility's treatment programming. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and discharge coordination Determine necessity for involuntary commitments and execute orders when required Provide crisis intervention and advocate for clients to resolve critical situations
