The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant provides direct occupational therapy interventions to patients with physical, cognitive, or psycho-social impairments. They collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and the supervising Occupational Therapist to document progress and facilitate safe patient transitions.
Candidates must hold a valid Pennsylvania or New Jersey Occupational Therapy Assistant license and possess current BLS/CPR certification. Successful completion of an accredited occupational therapy educational program and clinical affiliations is required.
