The therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy while developing treatment plans and maintaining clinical documentation in the EHR. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients through crisis situations and facilitate psychoeducational groups.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and possess active Idaho licensure (LCPC, LPC, LCSW, or MSW). At least one year of clinical experience and the ability to pass an enhanced background check and drug screening are required.

We’re hiring a Licensed Therapist to join our outpatient addiction treatment team in Boise. If you have at least one year of clinical experience and want to deepen your skills in a collaborative, recovery-focused environment, this could be a strong next step.
You’ll work with individuals navigating substance use and mental health challenges, providing both individual and group therapy while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
What You’ll Do Provide individual, group, and occasional family therapy Develop and update treatment plans based on client needs Maintain clinical documentation in EHR (assessments, notes, discharge summaries) Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination Facilitate psychoeducational groups Support clients through crisis situations when needed Maintain a consistent caseload and therapy hours
What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in a behavioral health field Idaho licensure (LCPC, LPC, LCSW, MSW) At least 1 year of clinical experience Experience with individual and group therapy, documentation, and case management Familiarity with ASAM criteria and recovery models preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using EHR systems

Additional Requirements Pre-employment drug screening CPR or First Aid certification within 30 days Alignment with recovery principles (lived recovery experience preferred, 18+ months, unless otherwise approved) Must be able to pass an enhanced background check.
