The physical therapist will evaluate, treat, and document patient care while maintaining compliance with clinical regulations. They are also responsible for maintaining professional communication with the healthcare team and attending center meetings.
Candidates must be graduates of an APTA-accredited physical therapy program and hold a valid state license. A CPR certification is also required for this position.
Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school Outpatient clinical rotation in lieu experience Valid State Physical Therapist License CPR certification
