The Physical Therapist will screen, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for residents to improve their functional abilities. They are also responsible for supervising physical therapy assistants, maintaining clinical documentation, and coordinating with facility staff to ensure effective care.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program. An active state license and the ability to supervise physical therapy assistants are required.
