The Medical Assistant will support providers in a specialty clinic environment by rooming patients, performing clinical tests, and assisting with minor surgical procedures. They are also responsible for administrative tasks such as insurance authorizations, answering phones, and managing patient messages.
Candidates must be a graduate of a Medical Assistant program or a licensed EMT in the State of Wisconsin. CPR certification is required or must be completed within 60 days of hire.

The Specialty Clinic CMA/Clinic Assistant will work with multiple providers in the specialty clinic, with primary focus in ENT. Work schedule subject to change to meet the needs of the clinic/patients. The employee must have flexibility to work Monday-Friday. The day off per week will not be a set day.
