The specialist provides case management services to behavioral health consumers, including implementing service plans and linking individuals to necessary social and medical supports. They also maintain accurate clinical records, monitor consumer progress, and respond to emergency situations as needed.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in social work or a related mental health field from an accredited institution. Additionally, applicants must successfully obtain criminal history, child abuse, and FBI fingerprint clearances.
