Salary
$17 - $25 / HOUR
Assist residents with personal care needs and provide light housekeeping assistance. Promote teamwork and provide emotional support while ensuring residents' safety and well-being.
Applicants must have at least one year of caregiving experience and hold a CNA certification. Additional preferred certifications include various Wisconsin CBRF certifications.
We are looking for caregivers willing to travel up to 35 miles.
Assist residents with personal care needs (such as dressing, grooming, using the bathroom, bathing/showering, walking/transferring) Medication administration (following medication training class and nurse delegation under the supervision of the Nurse Manager) Assist with resident meals, including serving, dining room setup/clean up Provide light housekeeping assistance (dusting, taking out garbage, laundry, making beds, vacuuming) Answer resident call lights promptly and assists as needed Promote teamwork and have a positive attitude Enjoys providing residents with outstanding customer service Provide emotional support Inform physicians or supervisors about uncommon events Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency Skills Proven experience as personal care assistant Committed to health & safety Able to do housework and cooking Well-organized and reliable Excellent communication and people skills Positive and compassionate attitude CPR certified Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
