This position provides supportive services and referrals to adoptive families and permanent guardians using a wrap-around model. Responsibilities include monitoring family progress, coordinating behavioral health services, and facilitating family team meetings to ensure stability.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related human service field. Alternatively, a minimum of three years of experience working with troubled youth, families, or mental health services is required.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in the area of psychology, social work, or related human service field or a minimum of three years' experience working with troubled youth and their families and/or mental health services, including administrative responsibility for compliance.
