The Registered Nurse provides medication management, somatic treatment, and crisis intervention for adults with serious mental illness. They work with the clinical team to monitor patient status and document all services in the electronic health record.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a valid Registered Nurse license in the District of Columbia. A minimum of five years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting is required.

As a member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team, the Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our programs, including inpatient, residential, and the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). The RN plays a critical role in delivering high-quality nursing care to individuals participating in these programs. The ideal candidate will have a background in psychiatric nursing, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing holistic care.

4. Systemize processes; identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, establishing clear workflows and procedures, and ensuring that everyone in the organization is aligned around the same goals.
5. Structure organization for growth; defining clear roles and responsibilities, establishing a clear chain of command, and creating a culture of accountability and transparency.
