The Speech Language Pathologist will perform clinical assessments and develop individualized plans of care for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. They are responsible for providing therapeutic treatments, documenting patient progress, and coordinating with the care team to ensure high-quality home health outcomes.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree or doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology and possess a current Texas State License. A minimum of two years of experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting is required, with home health experience preferred.
