The Respiratory Therapist examines patients with breathing conditions, conducts diagnostic tests, and implements treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. They also perform physiotherapy, monitor patient conditions, and maintain respiratory care equipment.
Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy and possess a valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license in the state of Utah. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, with ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications preferred.
