The Registered Nurse will promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents by utilizing nursing skills and building meaningful relationships. They are responsible for conducting thorough assessments, documenting changes in resident conditions, and collaborating with the care team to ensure comprehensive care.
Candidates must hold a current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana. A strong passion for geriatric nursing and proficiency in medication management are required.
