- Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) help provide supervision and support to clients in our residential group home setting.
- We offer ongoing education, experiences and a supportive staff that emphasizes the individual's role in making choices to give them greater control of the direction of their life.

- You would provide hands-on, person-centered individualized care and support for our residents.
- DSPs/Residential Behavior Specialists work with a supportive team that includes the Residential Manager, Residential Assistant Manager, other DSPs and more to support five male residents in the home.

Education, Experience and Skills Needed
- Minimum of 1 year of experience required working with individuals who have autism and developmental disabilities; 3+ years of experience preferred
- High School diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent
- Must be able to read, write, and speak in English proficiently
- Ability to speak, see & hear clearly/audibly, as well as write legibly for documentation
- Basic computer skills
- Professional and respectful communication skills with clients and their families or other parties
- Ability to intervene with clients when needed to implement behavioral inventions including physical restraint, lifting and transporting in personal vehicle or company van
- General responsibilities as assigned such as house cleaning, assistance with toileting/showering, job coaching, role modeling, etc.
- Ability to sit, stand, lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend, reach and/or move regularly
- Valid driver's license for at least 3 years, with a registered and insured vehicle
- CPR/First Aid Certification (We provide training if needed)
- Pro-ACT Certification (We provide training if needed)
- Medication Administration Training (We provide training)
