Provide compassionate care to residents in assigned nursing units while planning and overseeing their daily care needs. Maintain accountability for resident health outcomes and contribute to the facility's clinical standards.
Candidates must hold an active Indiana LPN license and demonstrate a commitment to the company's C.A.R.E. values. A willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of the home address is required.
