CASES is seeking a passionate and mission‑driven Substance Use Specialist to join our dynamic ACT team. This role is ideal for a Master’s‑level mental health clinician who thrives in the field, values autonomy, and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals living with serious mental illness and co‑occurring substance use needs.
As a Substance Use Specialist, you’ll bring your clinical expertise directly into the community; meeting clients where they are, building authentic relationships, and delivering high‑impact services with fidelity to the ACT model. You’ll play a key role in helping clients navigate their recovery journey by providing individualized psychoeducation, harm‑reduction support, and motivational interventions tailored to each person’s stage of change.
In this role, you’ll assess substance use patterns, support clients in identifying their goals, and advocate with external providers to ensure they receive the most clinically appropriate care. While you bring specialized knowledge in substance use treatment, you’ll also contribute as a well‑rounded ACT clinician; offering support across all areas of client need.
This is a chance to join a supportive team, grow your clinical skill set, and be part of a mission‑driven organization dedicated to promoting recovery, reducing incarceration, and strengthening communities.
