• Cloud, MN Established practice with 15 surgeons and 12 advanced practice providers.
• Extensive mentoring program Summary As an Advanced Practice Provider with the General Surgery team, your practice includes, but is not limited to: Comprehensive health care assessment, diagnosis, initiation of appropriate care and treatment Continuous outcome monitoring of the general surgery patient population.
• Follow established protocols and collaborate with physicians Work independently in health care decisions.
• Establish a philosophy of patient and family-centered care in all patient care practices Primary focus of this role will be inpatient care with limited OR expectations Schedule Work 7 days on and 7 days off (7am-5pm on the days worked) Rotating Holidays Compensated as a 1.0 Pay and Benefits

Salary Range

$118,913.60 - $153,795.20 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications
