Caregivers assist clients with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene, medication management, meal preparation, and mobility support. They also monitor client conditions, report unusual incidents, and provide social engagement to support cognitive and emotional well-being.
Candidates must have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and fingerprinting. Caregivers are expected to be available for scheduling and willing to travel within a 10-60 mile radius of their home.
The Caregiver provides direct care services to clients in their homes or community settings. This role supports clients with daily living activities while ensuring services are delivered safely, respectfully, and in accordance with care plans and organizational standards.
Workweek, compensation, and benefits
This is a non-exempt, hourly position. Omatochi offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage; paid time off; holidays; and additional benefits consistent with company policy. Overtime, meal periods, and rest breaks are provided in accordance with California law.
