What You'll Do
As a Personal Care Aide (PCA) with Senior Helpers of Cincinnati, you'll provide hands-on personal care to seniors in their homes — helping them maintain their independence while preserving their dignity and comfort. This role is ideal for someone who brings a gentle touch, a calm presence, and a genuine desire to make each client feel safe and respected. Your day may include:
Enjoying time with the client doing crafts, watching a movie or even gardening
Assisting with bathing, grooming, oral care, and dressing

Required
Genuinely cares about the well-being of seniors and wants to make a real difference
At least 18 years old
High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
Has reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Pass Background Check
Current Auto Insurance
Pass a drug test
Ability to perform essential physical functions, including lifting up to 50 lbs, assisting with client transfers and repositioning, and standing or walking for extended periods (reasonable accommodations available upon request)
Brings a calm, compassionate, and professional presence
Preferred
Prior personal care experience (CNA, HHA, or similar)
Experience with ADLs, transfers, and hands-on client care
CPR/First Aid certification
Experience in-home, assisted living, or facility caregiving
