What You'll Do Care for patients with higher acuity needs including cardiac drips, post-op recovery, telemetry, respiratory support, and more Monitor, assess, and respond to patient conditions in real-time Collaborate with providers, therapists, pharmacists, and fellow nurses to deliver coordinated care Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and health promotion Document assessments, medications, and interventions in our EHR system with accuracy and timeliness
