As an Associate Counselor at our Richmond, VA location, you’ll work under the supervision of a licensed clinician while completing state-specific requirements toward full licensure or certification. In this role, you’ll support patients throughout their recovery journey by providing compassionate, evidence-based care and ensuring continuity from admission through discharge and follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited college or university, as required by the state of Virginia
• Associate, assistant, resident, or supervisee-level licensure or certification in counseling, social work, or addiction services, as required by state regulations
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in substance use treatment, mental health services, or a related field
