The Medical Assistant provides clinical support by interviewing patients, measuring vital signs, and assisting with treatments under the direction of a provider. They also manage clerical tasks, maintain treatment rooms, and transcribe patient orders including labs and medications.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or GED and hold a valid medical assistant certification such as CCMA, CMA, or RMA. Additionally, a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers is required.
