The Physical Therapist will conduct comprehensive patient examinations to establish diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans. They are responsible for implementing interventions, managing patient progress, and ensuring accurate documentation and billing compliance.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy program and hold or be eligible for a Rhode Island state license. Previous experience in outpatient orthopedics or musculoskeletal rehabilitation is preferred.

This full time position is located in our East Providence, RI location.
University Orthopedics is seeking a dynamic, motivated Physical Therapist to join our Physical Therapy staff. The Physical Therapist completes comprehensive examinations to determine body structure and function level impairments, activity limitation and participation restrictions. Establishes diagnosis, prognosis and develops an individualized plan of care. Implements treatment interventions and performs on-going evaluations through-out episode of care.
